1. BINDING AGREEMENT
By accessing this website or renting a vehicle, you (“Renter”) enter into a legally binding agreement with Gig Rentals (“Company”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. ELIGIBILITY & APPROVAL
You must:
- Be 21 years or older
- Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Pass a background and driving record check
All approvals are at the sole discretion of the Company and may be denied or revoked at any time.
3. RENTAL TERMS
- Rentals are weekly or monthly
- Pricing (typically $350–$500/week) may change at any time without notice
- Payments are due on a fixed weekly schedule
No deposit is required.
4. PAYMENTS & DEFAULT
- Payments are typically made via Zelle
- Payment is due on the agreed date each week
- A $100 late fee applies after 24 hours
If payment is 3 days overdue, the Company may:
- Repossess the vehicle without notice
- Disable the vehicle remotely
- Terminate the agreement immediately
All payments are final. No refunds. No cancellations.
5. INSURANCE & DEDUCTIBLE
- Insurance is provided by the Company
- Renter agrees to a mandatory $1,000 deductible
Renter is responsible for the deductible for any damage, regardless of fault.
6. FULL RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Renter is fully responsible for:
- All vehicle damage
- All tickets and violations
- Towing and impound fees
- Any third-party claims or damages
Renter agrees to defend and hold harmless Gig Rentals and Tchakarov Management LLC from any claims or liabilities.
Gig Rentals is not liable for:
- Lost income
- Business interruption
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Use is at your own risk.
7. VEHICLE USE RESTRICTIONS
Vehicle must remain within the Las Vegas area and be used legally.
Prohibited:
- Smoking or vaping
- Pets
- Unauthorized drivers
- Reckless driving
- Illegal activity
8. FEES
- Cleaning fee: $100
- Smoking fee: $100
- Lost key: $100
- Late return: $100
Additional charges may apply for damages.
9. TERMINATION, REPOSSESSION & REMOTE DISABLE
The Company may:
- Terminate this agreement at any time
- Repossess the vehicle without notice
- Remotely disable the vehicle
Renter waives any claims related to these actions.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS
Gig Rentals does not guarantee income, work availability, or acceptance on gig platforms.
11. WEBSITE USE & COMMUNICATIONS
You agree:
- All information provided is accurate
- You will not misuse the website
The Company may collect and use contact information, including email, for communication and marketing.
12. MODIFICATIONS
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Governed by Nevada law
- All disputes resolved through binding arbitration
- No class actions
- No jury trials
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company liability is limited to the amount paid by the Renter.
